We are seeking an Assistant Outsourcing – Payroll Services professional to contribute to our expanding team. Join us to further your career and build valuable connections.
As an Assistant Payroll Consultant, you will be a vital member of our Payroll team. Your responsibilities will include accurate payroll processing and recording for clients, providing timely financial information, and participating in data entry for monthly payroll, BPJS administration, year-end adjustments, and individual income tax return filings.
Your key duties will encompass payroll processing for multiple clients and managing BPJS and other tax-related items. Further responsibilities include payroll payment setting management and providing support work for mailing, preparing withholding tax slips, and payroll slips.
To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or IT from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00. Prior experience in payroll, along with proficient Microsoft Excel skills (including VLOOKUP), is advantageous. Additional requirements include the ability to work in a diverse environment, possess excellent organizational and time management skills, liaise effectively with others, handle confidential materials with discretion, and pay meticulous attention to detail.
