As a Guest Relations representative, you will cultivate relationships with clients via phone and email to understand their needs and ensure exceptional service. This includes facilitating payment collection, coordinating arrivals, stays, and check-outs, and offering diverse services to enhance their experience. You will also address client issues in collaboration with the Concierge Manager and manage customer feedback.
